"U Castellu" is a hamlet of three freestone dwellings built on land planted with maquis species with an area of 6500m², on the heights of Propriano. Each villa offers a panoramic view of the sea and the Gulf of Valinco.
Villa Capponi is made up of three fully equipped independent apartments. These apartments do not have access to swimming pool.
The villa A Casa di Famidda has three suites of over 25m² each.
This villa has a private heated swimming pool (May 1 to October 15).
The Caseddu is our luxury suite. This 37m² guest room has a very large bedroom with king size bed (180cm x 200cm), a dressing room with safe, a bathroom with bathtub and sea view, a separate toilet, an office area with mini-bar, courtesy tray (kettle, Nespresso machine), an outdoor shower, a beautiful terrace with a panoramic view of the sea and a small private heated swimming pool (from May 1 to October 15).
